I was recently invited to try a Cryofacial at Boost Cryospa™ located in West Bloomfield, Michigan.
I have to tell you, I have never had one and I was completely fascinated with the process.
It looked cold—but how cold it was, I just wasn’t sure.
I’m not a huge fan of trying new things but this looked great and safe enough and as it turns out, it was amazing!!!

Upon walking in, I was greeted by Melanie who couldn’t have been sweeter. Not only was she going to perform the Cryofacial but she also gave me a complete history lesson on Cryotherapy and how it all began.

The amazing part of my Cryofacial is that it took literally ten minutes. I didn’t have to take off my make-up or change clothes or do much of anything other than lie down and close my eyes.
There were no heavy creams or lotions, masks or gels. I closed my eyes and let the process begin. It started out cold but definitely bearable. It lasted about ten minutes and was over before I knew it.
Right away my skin looked smoother and had this natural glow to it. It’s good for pores and acne and a very easy solution to many skin conditions.
All in all, I highly recommend the Cryofacial for the perfect addition to your skin regime.
